This very strong basket with inner pot is made of very strong thick rattan with a maximum thickness of 18mm!
Rattan are stems of a very strong palm species ( Calamus rotang) that looks a lot like bamboo, with the big difference from bamboo being that rattan is solid.
Your garden plants or houseplants will have a beautiful natural look with this rattan pot, it will undoubtedly be a beautiful plant-pot combination.
Because these baskets with the inner pot are placed directly on the ground, these baskets will last a very long time, because the rattan does not come into contact with the ground.
