How to place an order

Placing an order at Eliassen Home & Gardenpleasure in three easy steps.

Step 1: Shopping cart

In this step, you get an overview of the items where you clicked the “place in cart” button, or the image of a shopping cart, in the online store.

You can use the check boxes to the right of the items and the “remove selection” button to remove one or more items from your basket.
Using the “remove all products” button empties your basket.
The “Continue Shopping” and “Back” buttons take you back to the online store.
Using the “Submit Order” button, continue in the ordering process to step 2, where you need to enter your information.

Step 2: Your data

In this step, we ask you to provide your information. We use this information to ship the order you have placed, and to contact you about this order if necessary.
We handle your data with extreme care, and never sell it to third parties for any commercial purposes. You can read more about how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy

In this step, you must also indicate the way you want to pay, and whether you will come to pick up the placed order yourself in our store in Ammerzoden or whether we should ship the order to you.

Using the large “Next” button, proceed to step 3, confirmation.

Step 3: Confirmation

In this step, you will see the order you have placed clearly displayed along with the personal data you have entered.
If the personal data entered is not just, you can return to the previous screen in step 2 with the “adjust data” button.

In the order summary, you can see the shipping costs for your chosen items (provided you have indicated that you want the order to be shipped). You can find more information about shipping costs on our customer service page.
Also included is the total amount of VAT, and indicated for each item is the standard price, any discount amount obtained, and the total price.

A button is visible at the bottom of the confirmation screen that allows you to finalize the order you have made.

Summary screen and payment link if applicable

The overview screen shows a copy of the confirmation screen. If you have chosen to pay for your order online with iDeal or PayPal, there is a button visible that you can use to complete the payment. In doing so, however, you must first agree to our terms and conditions.
