Complaint service

We recommend that you make known to us first complaints by emailing [email protected]. Please mention the order number, your name, article, and clearly state your complaint. We always strive to have and keep customers happy and, consequently, to resolve your complaint in memory. In the end, if our correspondence does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through the Stichting WebwinkelKeur.

As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
